Here’s my latest sock, it’s the Sleepy Hollow pattern that was featured on Yarn Harlot’s blog a few weeks ago.
I’m knitting it with my Pathway Sock in one of the test green yarns. I still have a bag of those green test yarns and I’ll be listing them and discounting them for St. Patrick’s Day/Spring Break week.
I know I have been a bit quiet. It’s been very busy and stressful at work. Stressful because it’s busy, not because of anything bad. I’ve also dived nose first into reading books. I can read and knit but I often just put the knitting down and read. I’ve caught up on several series I like to read and read a few new fantasy series, read a few romance novels even, and some science fiction, as well as two classics. I’m nothing if not eclectic in my tastes.
Spring is finally around the corner!
I kneeled down in the leaves to take these pictures. Aren’t they lovely? Wouldn’t the purple and white and golden orange make a wonderful sock yarn? I love them!

Yes, they would make a beautiful sock yarn; get busy!!
gorgeous crocus, thanks for the photo!
