Leafy Sock

I made a bit of progress on my Sleepy Hollow sock.

Hollow Sock

It’s an odd name for such a pretty spring-like sock. There’s nothing about this pattern that says “Sleepy Hollow” to me, but as a dyer I know how difficult it is to come up with a name for something sometimes, so I’m not really complaining. I love the pattern so far and I’ve got one more round of leaves to knit before the heel-flap.

I also worked on a sweater this weekend. I did see progress on my knitting, and that’s a good thing.

By the way, in the shop there is a sale going on this week. Hedonist Sock is on sale through March 13th. I am doing a series of sales of my luxury yarns so that people will try them out and hopefully like them! :) So check the store once a week for a new sale through mid-April.

And Knit On!

Yes I just love leaf shapes and leafy knitting. I want to make a leafy green sweater…

I had to dig your comment out of the spam filter! How’d you end up there?
