Check out today’s blog post over at Knitspot, Anne Hanson’s website. She had some nice things to say about my yarns! I sent her three different skeins.
I have one of her shawl patterns, Maplewing, which I will someday be good enough at lace to make.
From the Dyepot
I have more Origanum and Dorothy’s Destiny cooking today. I also have a bunch of Pathway Sock yarn, since the inventory on that yarn is pretty scarce. All batches are still cooling and I’m about to head to my reading room to listen to Tolkien and put my feet up. I have a mosaic sock cuff to knit! Oh did I show you my sock cuff? Here’s the first one:

It’s part of the Sock Knitter’s Anonymous November Challenge. This is the Miss Marple Mystery Sock. I’m using Ranco Multy in Magenta Mix, and Madelinetosh Sock in Lettuce Leaf. I did the first cuff already and now I’m going to do begin the second sock cuff. Clue 2 comes out tomorrow morning, so I’ll have it ready for my train ride to Ft. Worth.
Yes! Train Ride! I’m going to Ft. Worth for a mini-Ravelry meetup.
Fun times!
Congratulations on getting the publicity. Wonder if you’ll see a spike in sales?
Those are BRIGHT socks!
Yes, indeed they are bright! You should see the second chart. OMG they will be nutso! I may knit a second pair with the colors reversed…
Great comments – beautiful yarn, great product names and cool packaging! GO with this biz!
I’m goin’, I’m goin’! If only I had more time!
