I hope everyone has a great holiday with family and friends. We’re having a low key, non-traditional meal. Lasagna, salad, and garlic bread. A friend came by last night to use the oven when her’s had died and she left a Streudl. Fair trade!

Lace Update
Two false starts. Didn’t like the first pattern I’d done, then wrote one that has leaves on it, but one row was totally wrong, re-did it. Now it’s looking good. Hmm I hope I marked where I left off in the chart…
Tomorrow it’s back to the dyepots. I have some lace yarns I’ll be introducing soon! There will be Nimbus Lace, a true laceweight yarn which is 70% Baby Alpaca, 20% Silk, 650 yards per 50 grams, and Cirrus Lace which is 80% Merino, 20% Silk, also 650 yards per 50 Grams. I should be able to get pictures up for you before the end of the weekend.
